The Visa support documents are issued free of charge in case of booking the accommodation through our company for the whole period of staying in Russia.
To receive visa support for obtaining a Russian entry tourist visa the following information must be forwarded to «Reisebuero WELT» Company:

• the travel route (the cities and towns to be visited);
• the hotel name in each city and town;
• the dates of arrival and departure;
• a readily legible photocopy of the passport;
• guarantee of payment for the services ordered.

The Visa support documents are issued within 24 hours (except weekends & official holidays) starting from the full information receipt and 100% prepayment for the accommodation.

The Visa Support documents are issued only for the dates of booking.
In case of booking cancellation, the Russian Tourist Entry Visa is cancelled as well. The money paid is refunded only after the date of visa expiry according to the data got from Federal Border Service of Russian Federation that guests who were invited but cancelled their booking had not visited Russia.

In case of late cancellation (after the date & hour indicated in the confirmation of booking) the penalty fee will be 100% of the cost for the first night of staying in case other condition is not indicated in the confirmation.

The Russian Consulates in France ask for the fax copies only.
